Namibia is divided into 13 administrative regions.

Each of the 13 regions is further subdivided into constituencies. The number and size of each constituency vary according to the size and population of each region. There are currently 102 constituencies in Namibia. Each constituency elects one councillor to the regional council of its region. There are currently 13 regional councils corresponding to the 13 regions. The most populous constituency is Hakanana, located inside Windhoek; the least populous is Okatjali, in Oshana.
